Royal Navy Visit

It was a pleasure to have the Royal Navy chefs in again to lead a workshop on food preparation under pressure. Students were expected to make two courses in two hours: a swiss roll and savoury mince dumplings. What a sterling job! Not only were the Navy impressed with their attitude, but also their dishes.

Well done to Year 10 for their excellent outcomes and participation!
