Post 16 Students take on National Maths Challenge
BackOur fantastic Post-16 students have once again shown that they are ready to challenge themselves, this time by taking part in the UK Maths Challenge.
The challenge gives students the opportunity to tackle a series of demanding mathematical problems that require much more than simply remembering a formula. Students need to use logical thinking, problem solving, resilience and creativity to work through unfamiliar questions.
We are incredibly proud of all our Post-16 students who took part, demonstrating our core values of knowledge and resilience throughout. Taking on a national academic challenge requires confidence, determination and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, and our students rose to the challenge with an outstanding attitude. Well done!
